Anita Rebaudo promoted to Associate
Bowman Riley has boosted its management team with the promotion of architect, Anita Rebaudo to the role of Associate.
Anita joined our team based in the Leeds office 15 years ago as an architectural assistant, qualifying as an architect in 2013. During this time, she has been the main point of contact for LandSec, an important client for the Leeds office. She has continued to work with LandSec delivering a range of refurbishment and extension projects on their major shopping centres, including the White Rose Centre and Trinity, both in Leeds. She has gone on to develop this workstream by supporting the retailers directly on the fit-outs of their stores.
Anita has also worked on a range of complex commercial and residential schemes building strong relationships with her project teams through her close client liaison, can-do attitude and high attention to detail. This has led to repeat work with clients explicitly requesting her expertise on their schemes.
She has recently gone above and beyond for her clients in securing Heritage Action Zone (HAZ) funding to enable their projects on New Briggate in Leeds to progress. In 2022, she delivered presentations to local developers on how they could access and benefit from this funding.
Matthew Jones, Director said:
“Anita has been a key member of our team in Leeds, working closely with me for the last 15 years. Her diligence and proactive approach are invaluable, and I look forward to seeing her continue to flourish in her new role as Associate”.
