Strengthening our management team

Congratulations to Dan Postill, James Ross and Chris Snowden, who have all been promoted to Associate and have joined the management team to strengthen existing and new management activities.

Dan joined our team almost seven years ago, initially working out of the Skipton office as an architectural assistant. Now a qualified Architect, he has developed an exceptional design talent. Dan has become a crucial personality in the Leeds office, delivering a wide variety of projects, and, more recently, has attained his Passive House certification. Alongside this, Dan has been mentoring, supporting, and developing our more junior team members.

James has been with Bowman Riley since early 2019, joining us with a wealth of experience from previous companies. His role is diverse, and he has shown a solid ability to manage large teams by initially supporting the energy team, managing key clients, and helping deliver The George Hotel redevelopment. James is proving to be effective in contributing to broader aspects of Bowman Riley outside of project work; he is a key figure in the Leeds office, supporting the energy team and the wider team who can draw upon his experience.

14 years ago, Chris joined our team based in our Skipton office and has strongly developed in his technical and managerial role, supporting several teams. Most recently, Chris has become a highly respected team member working on the Co-op framework in a variety of areas.  Outside of projects, Chris is a reliable and approachable support for our junior team members, and this promotion will see him extend that throughout Bowman Riley.
