Caroline Woolley qualifies as an Executive Coach and Mentor
Congratulations to Caroline Woolley, who has passed an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
As part of Bowman Riley’s approach to HR and leadership, she embarked on this internationally recognised qualification to become an executive coach and mentor designed for leaders and managers who regularly coach at a senior level. ILM Level 7 is based on the Government’s National Qualification Framework, and level 7 equates to the equivalent of a master’s degree.
Caroline’s qualification involved six days of face-to-face teaching, 40 additional hours of online training, 20 hours of supervised coaching practice, hours of self-study, and over 30,000 words of written assignment submission!
The qualification enhances Caroline’s people-based skills to create a coaching and mentoring culture in our business. Helping people and teams solve their own problems with self-awareness and creative thinking in trusting environments.
This supports our core value of People: We create an inclusive culture where everyone is supported to realise their ambitions.
