The afternoon began with drinks, where colleagues reconnected and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. Michael Feather, our Managing Director, kicked off the event with a heartfelt speech, thanking everyone for their hard work throughout the year. He highlighted the team’s incredible efforts and success, and expressed excitement for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead in 2025.
One of the highlights of the afternoon was the presentation of awards by director Tony Pleasants for exceptional client satisfaction feedback. Several team members were recognised for their outstanding contributions, with prizes handed out in recognition of their hard work and commitment to delivering excellent service to our clients.
Each team member also received a personal note of praise from a colleague, who wrote thoughtful messages, offering kind words and positive feedback.
Following the awards, we were treated to a buffet lunch. The afternoon then shifted to a more playful vibe, with plenty of arcade and social games to enjoy. There was also a spirited karaoke session where both seasoned performers and first-timers alike showcased their vocal talents.
As the day drew to a close, the festivities continued with cocktail and mocktail-making sessions, offering the perfect end to an unforgettable event.
The Bowman Riley Christmas Party 2024 was a true celebration of teamwork, positivity, and fun — a much-needed opportunity for everyone to unwind, reflect on the year’s successes, and look forward to the exciting journey ahead in 2025.
