UKREiiF 2025

UKREiiF, the UK’s largest and most exciting real estate, property, and infrastructure conference, is making its return to the heart of Leeds from 20th to 22nd May.

UKREiiF is the ultimate gathering, bringing together over 16,000 professionals from across national and local government, investors, developers, end-users, and experts in the built environment industry.

Our team is all set to make the most of this incredible event. Directors Colin Briggs-Campell and Craig Mewse are gearing up for three days packed with dynamic seminars, insightful talks, and thought-provoking panel discussions at the iconic Royal Armouries Museum and New Dock.

Our Head of Heritage, Helen Walker, is participating in a panel discussion alongside Future Transformation and Historic England. The discussion will focus on the refurbishment and re-purposing of Dalton Mills in Keighley, a fascinating topic for anyone interested in the intersection of heritage and modern usage.

Michael Feather, Tony Pleasants, April Marsden, Samantha Jevons, Helen Walker, and Rebecca Jones will be available for one-to-one meetings and will be attending various fringe events throughout the week.

Want to schedule a meeting with one of our team? Reach out to Samantha Jevons and she’ll make sure you’re all set up for a productive conversation.

For any of our industry contacts, who want a break from the hustle and bustle of the conference to take a phone call, rest aching feet or for a bit of quiet time, our central Leeds office is open as a drop-in space, where everyone will be welcomed with a cup of tea.

See you there – it’s going to be a fantastic three days of learning, networking, and collaboration.
