Greenholme Mills, Burley-in-Wharfedale, near Ilkley, has been shortlisted for MMR for Residential Development of the Year (fewer than 100 homes)
SportsShoes.com Creative Hub in Shipley, Bradford, for Fit-Out of the Year
Manor House, Red Lion, Burnsall, for Refurbishment and Restoration Project of the Year– John Wilkinson & Son (Builders) Ltd and Bowman Riley for Daniel Thwaites.
The shortlist represents a qualifying period from 1 June 2022 to 31 May 2023 and spans all types of development and firms across Yorkshire.
The winners of 16 categories will be announced at a glittering award ceremony on 21 September 2023 at New Dock Hall in Leeds.
