York College Framework Renewal

This appointment marks a new chapter in our successful six-year collaboration with York College, where we’ve provided expertise in building surveying, architecture, principal designer CDM, and project management. Adept has been integral as civil and structural engineers, while Summers Inman has just come on board to undertake quantity surveying.

Together, our building consultancy, architecture and interior design teams have accomplished significant projects under the previous York College framework, including the major extension to the Construction Centre, the Motor Vehicle Works extension, the Student Experience Hub refurbishment, and the Institute of Technology refurbishment projects.
