Grantley Hall Hotel and Wellness Retreat in Ripon Now Open
Grantley Hall has opened its doors for the first time as Yorkshire’s most luxurious five star country house hotel and wellness retreat after four years and a multi-million pound restoration.
Bowman Riley delivered the transformation of the elegant Grade II* listed Grantley Hall and the new build Three Graces Spa building and Garden Pavillion.
Member of the prestigious Relais and Chateaux, Grantley Hall offers 47 exquisite rooms and suites. The bedrooms are all complete with four-piece marble-clad bathrooms, handcrafted beds and mattresses, roll-top baths and walk-in showers.
The hotel has four distinctly different restaurants ranging from signature fine-dining headed by Michelin-starred chef, Shaun Rankin, experimental Pan Asian in EightyEight or modern British dining in Fletchers.
The Garden Pavillion is a bespoke new building designed to host special events, weddings and conferences. The Garden Pavilion is a beautifully designed contemporary building nestled into the listed Japanese Garden. It is home to the Grantley Suite with its own private terrace and bar accommodating up to 180 people and Valeria’s, Champagne and Cocktail Bar.
Completing the fantastic range of facilities at Grantley Hall is the Three Graces Spa and ELITE Luxury Gym and Executive Wellness. Featuring an 18-metre indoor pool, indoor to outdoor vitality pool, the Three Graces Spa sits alongside an extensive combination of specialist facilities. These facilities include an executive gym, strength and conditioning gym, health and performance area (which houses the cryotherapy chamber, underwater treadmill, altitude enabled training facilities and EMS suits – to name a few).
