Highly Commended at the Insider Property Awards 2023
We are delighted that the Greenholme Mills redevelopment project was Highly Commended at the Insider Media Property Awards last Thursday 21 September 2023.
It’s fantastic that this mill conversion scheme in Burley in Wharfedale near Ilkley was recognised in the category of Residential Development of the Year (fewer than 100 homes). Our team worked with developer MMR, providing architecture and principal designer services.
The event celebrated the best of the region’s property industry, including the outstanding developments and property deals in the region and the people who made them a reality. It was held at New Dock Hall in Leeds and compered by Kyran Bracken.
Sportsshoes.com Creative Hub in Shipley near Bradford and the Manor House refurbishment at the Red Lion Hotel in Burnsall in the Yorkshire Dales for Daniel Thwaites both reached the finals but just missed out on winning the awards.
