National Inclusion Week 2021 – Unite colleagues
For the final day of our National Inclusion Week 2021, the theme is to unite colleagues.
This action is inspired by the idea that ‘unity begins at home’. We know that inclusive cultures will grow from inclusive foundations.
We asked how well do colleagues in our organisation know each other. We organised a ‘coffee roulette’, pairing random colleagues across our three offices to have a catch-up – virtually or in real life – over a cuppa. It’s a great opportunity for our colleagues whose job paths might not cross to find out more about each other.
We gave our team members the option of meeting in a coffee shop, having a chat through MS Teams or take 10 minutes in the office to connect with a colleague.
