In line with our purpose to ‘Grow Better,’ we’ve been actively expanding our team by welcoming new starters who will contribute to our growth and success.
Please join us in welcoming the newest members to the Bowman Riley family: Megan Johnson, Monika Lulczynska, Tan Nguyen, and Smita Patel!
🌟 Megan Johnson – Our new Bid Coordinator and Document Controller, Megan joined us in February and works from our Leeds office, providing support across Bowman Riley in bid writing and ensuring compliance with our integrated management system. Prior to joining us, she worked as a proof reader for a medical-legal firm, meticulously preparing documents for court.
🌟 Monika Lulczynska – Monika started with us in January as a Part II Architectural Assistant in our Skipton office. A graduate with Distinction from the University of Central Lancashire in 2021, her innovative design thesis on the origins of neighbourhoods and their impact on modern urban planning for residential areas earned her a prestigious nomination for the RIBA Silver Medal Award.
🌟 Tan Nguyen – A recent addition to our Leeds team, Tan is our Graduate Architectural Technologist. He recently completed his Master’s degree in Interior Design at Sheffield Hallam University, after earning both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in architecture from Vietnam. With five years of experience in hospitality and residential projects in Vietnam and two years working in Australia, Tan brings an impressive international perspective to our team.
🌟 Smita Patel – Smita has joined our Energy team as a Part II Architectural Assistant based in Leeds. With extensive experience in multiple sectors, including retail, education, transport, healthcare, and the Ministry of Justice, Smita’s diverse background will be invaluable in driving innovative design solutions across our energy projects.
