Bowman Riley designed Higher Raikes, a new residential development nestled on the semi-rural edge of the North Yorkshire town of Skipton.

Higher Raikes is a multi-award-winning development that has been recognised as the Best Large Development at the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards and crowned Best New Development at the LABC Yorkshire Building Excellence Awards.
